best hostel yala exceeded my expectations. Pradeep, the owner, was an excellent host who arranged a fantastic safari and took me to his favorite curry spot. The property was comfortable, clean, and had a great vibe. Definitely recommended for a value-for-money stay in Tissa!

I had a fantastic experience at Best Hostel Yala. I stayed for three nights and the staff, Indika and Pradeep, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They organized a great tour for me to Bundala National Park and even dropped me off at the bus station. The facilities were clean, the location was convenient, and I got a true local experience. I highly recommend staying here for a genuine and enjoyable stay.

The rooms are well-maintained with comfortable beds and multiple fans. The location is conveniently close to the center of Tissa and a short walk from the main bus station.

Some amenities were lacking, such as soap, towels, and toilet paper in the bathroom. Bed sheets required extra payment.
